SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

Billieblush delivers orders to France, Corsica, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home with a signature upon receipt or pick it up at a French post office or a partner shop of the French postal service. The delivery time is 2 to 3* business days after receiving the order confirmation.

For orders of €110 or more, Kids around offers free shipping.

For orders under €110, shipping costs are €6.90 for home delivery and €4.90 for delivery to a post office or partner shop.

ORDER PROCESSING

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order is forwarded to our logistics team, who process it with the utmost care.

If you selected the “gift wrapping” option, our staff will wrap the items in tissue paper and place them in an elegant box in Kids around colors. Your personal message will be printed on a stylish card and included in the package.

The day after your order is placed, it will be handed over to Colissimo, and you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This includes information on all shipped items and a tracking number you can use to follow your package on www.colissimo.fr.

*The guaranteed delivery time applies only to mainland France.

RETURNS

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund.

Returns can be made through our shipping partner Colissimo, or at one of our Kids around stores in France, Belgium, Italy, or the United Kingdom. You can find the list of our stores on our website.

The item must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging, including any accessories (e.g., dust bags, small gifts, boxes, etc.).

Requesting a return is easy!

ONLINE RETURN

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Under “My Account / My Returns,” select the order and the items you wish to return, then click “Request a Return”
3. Print the return label and the return form available in your customer account
4. Pack the products you want to return, include the return form inside the package, and attach the return label to the outside
5. Drop off your parcel at a post office or a Colissimo partner shop

The product price will be refunded within 15 days of the actual receipt of the returned item.

Please note that shipping fees are not refunded and that returns not complying with the stated conditions may take longer to process.

Also, items purchased in-store cannot be returned to our online shop.

Return as a Guest

The customer goes to https://de.kidsaround.com/order-followup?bbbasket=465906dfdf285746dfd165b287 and enters their email address and order number.

They will then receive an automatic email with the “Make My Return” button. By clicking this button, they can fill out the return request form.

After submitting the form, the return label will be generated, which can be downloaded directly and will also be sent by email. The return form must be included in the package.

Upon receipt of the package (or confirmation of the in-store return), the following will be checked:

• The condition of the items (new, unworn, with tags).
• That the items match the original order.
