Online sales sites kidsaround.com et billieblush.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Sites") are published by C.W.F. Children Worldwide Fashion SAS (hereinafter referred to as ‘CWF’ - legal notices).
When you visit the websites kidsaround.com and billieblush.com, cookies (or ‘trackers’) are stored or read by CWF and/or third parties on your computer, mobile phone or tablet.

CWF places cookies on your Device and allows for the placement of external cookies used by third-party companies (such as companies that measure website traffic or targeted marketing service providers), in order to establish your profile, identify your main interests through the pages you visit on the Sites, personalise the messages sent to you while on the Sites or at a later time, and define which market segments your use of our services corresponds to.

For this purpose, CWF relies on the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite (or, in the future, any comparable analytics solution) to process data relating to visitors to the Sites, on the basis of online identifiers. The data collected are aggregated and do not permit the identification of individual users. User profiles may be generated on the basis of browsing history and performance indicators relating to the use of the Sites, such as bounce rate and page views. The data will be hosted in France for a maximum retention period of twenty-five (25) months. The purpose of such processing is website analytics and conversion tracking, subject to the user’s consent, with the legal basis being Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
CWF also uses anonymous audience-measurement cookies on Sites (which do not require consent). These cookies allow us to measure the Sites’performance and analyse the sections, pages and/or content visited in a completely anonymous and aggregated way, with the sole objective of creating statistics on behalf of CWF that do not contain any personal data.
Advertising cookies are used to provide you with personalised advertisements or to send you information related to your main interests when browsing on Sites or third-party sites, using retargeting features.
Advertising targeting features are mainly implemented by third parties such as Google and Facebook, whose aim is to offer personalised advertising.
